1. Inspection at Delivery

We strongly encourage all customers to carefully inspect their items at the point of delivery in the presence of our delivery representative. Once you accept the delivery and sign for it, you confirm that the items meet your requirements and are in good condition.

2. Perishable Goods

Due to the nature of fresh and perishable grocery items, these products are not eligible for return once they have been successfully delivered and accepted. Please ensure you inspect all fresh produce, dairy, frozen foods, and other perishables immediately upon arrival before accepting the order.

3. Returns for Non-Perishable Goods

For non-perishable household items, you may apply for a return within 24 hours of delivery only under the following circumstances:

• The wrong item was delivered.

• The item delivered is expired.

• The item delivered is damaged.

To initiate a return for these reasons, please log in to your account, navigate to your Order History, and submit a request for the specific item.

4. Refund Process

Once a return request is approved, refunds are processed as follows:

• Wallet Credit: By default, the value of the refunded item will be credited to your Sucex Market Wallet. These funds can be used immediately for future purchases on our website.

• Bank Account Refunds: If you prefer a refund to be credited back to your bank account rather than your wallet, please send a formal request to support@sucexmarket.com with your order number and bank account details.

5. Customer Responsibility

To ensure a smooth delivery experience, please ensure that the delivery address and phone number provided at checkout are correct and reachable. Sucex Market will not be held responsible for delivery failures or delays resulting from incorrect contact or location information provided by the customer.
